Along with the New York winters comes boiler inspections. This old school building had recently been inhabited by some Dominican Sisters who were turning it into a girl’s boarding school. The heating had long been abandoned, and we were called in to get it up to par. After successfully heating the large building with three long wings, we installed the plumbing for a row of dorm showers. Then, we finished our mechanical mode by bringing some heat to new music practice rooms with some furnace and duct work.
