Whenever there is a renovation involved, it typically includes mechanical work. After gutting the first-floor rooms of this house in Syracuse, we installed in-floor radiant heating, after which we reinstalled and updated the current electrical system. We ended up running electrical to the garage and barn as well. After putting a sump pump in the basement, we went outdoors to bring a gas line to the owners’ in-ground pool.
