It’s always a chore to revive old commercial heating systems, and it’s also a chore to keep them running! Every year we return to service the boilers at a former public school, now Mater Dei Academy, in Warners. When the school was purchased we got the two boilers running – and our goal is to keep them going until they can get replaced! In addition to keeping up with the maintenance on the boilers, we service the exhaust for the kitchen, electrical updating, and any plumbing issues.
