After renovating a house in Virgil, the owners asked us back to build them an addition. The placement posed a problem as the septic tank was in the way, so we had to relocate that first and do some site work before construction could begin. The addition measured 1,365 square feet with a kitchen occupying the first floor, and a library and bedroom the upstairs.
